In Memory of Lea

"There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face"
(Lea, Belle, Madison)
We found out this morning that our good friends Georgette and Tyrone lost one of their dogs this weekend in a total freak accident. They took the girls to the park Saturday morning and Lea ran into a fence and was killed. We were very sad to hear the news. Lea and Madison were sisters and inseparable. Anytime we went to their house Lea was always there waiting to greet us and wait for some pets and cuddles. Dogs definitely grieve and we hope that Madison will be okay as she adjusts to life without her sister and be the happy dog that we all know and love. If you have ever lost a pet you know how hard it can be and our thoughts are with Georgette, Tyrone and Madison.
"Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole"

How sad. I hope they all feel better soon.

When Max, our dog, had his little accident a few months back I couldn't figure out what we would do if he didn't make it. It is funny how attached you get without even realizing it.

That's just awful. And she looks like such a sweetie. I'm so sorry.
