I would presume that unless you live in a box you have heard all about what happened at Virginia Tech yesterday. My heart breaks for all those people who died and for the families and friends who are now left to pick up the pieces of another senseless tragedy. I will forever struggle to understand and comprehend how a fellow human being can snap to the point of committing mass murder such as this one. If anything positive can be taken from something so horrific and tragic, I hope this is a reminder to us all how short and fragile life is. My prayers and condolences go out to all the families and loved ones who now grieve for those lost and struggle to understand.

Perhaps it is time for all of the states in this country to seriously reconsider the ridiculous gun laws that allow anyone of age in some states to walk into a store and purchase a weapon such as the ones used in yesterdays killings without a second look.

So sad and tragic.

My thoughts exactly. I guess us Canadians will never understand the gun-legislation here in the states. Stay Safe!

Evey, I am afraid that all the gun laws in the world will not keep guns out of the hands of the criminals and crazy people.

I know. I agree with you completely! I am sick inside. You should read Tee's post over at Spilt Milk (link from my blog). It will break your heart.
